What you need to do next
- Please print the application form and sign it.
- Please ensure that all relevant supporting documents are prepared.
- Kindly schedule an appointment to submit your application at the Embassy.
- Payment must be made by debit card only; payments by cash or credit card will not be accepted.
Processing of your application will commence only upon submission in person during your scheduled appointment at the Embassy. The processing time is five (5) working days.
Please bring the following documents:
- The completed and signed visa application form.
- Your original valid passport (physical document).
- A copy of your passport, which must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry into Indonesia (twelve (12) months if you intend to extend your stay up to 180 days).
- A copy of your Qatar ID.
- A copy of your hotel reservation or proof of accommodation.
- A copy of your round-trip ticket or onward travel ticket to another country.
- A letter of employment indicating the applicant’s employment status.
- Proof of valid travel insurance.
- Proof of sufficient funds to cover living expenses during your stay in Indonesia, in the form of a bank statement showing a minimum balance of USD 2,000 or equivalent.

Failure to provide all required documents will result in the rejection of your application. Applicants are therefore advised to carefully review the document requirements and ensure that all documents are complete before attending the appointment.
